To be eligible for Rhodes To Strength Results Guaranteed customers must:

  1. Be formally enrolled in a 12-week program with at least eight (8) personal training sessions per month; show up on time and make at least 85% of your scheduled workouts within the first 30 days.
  2. Log and meet 90% your macro/calorie requirements through a food log or electronic diary.
  3. Express any confusion or concerns you have about the program or anything you’re struggling with

If you’ve done all of the above and after 30 days you haven’t seen any results,

  • Lost 2% bodyweight or lost 0.5” from your waist or 10% increase in strength by total volume (reps done and weight lifted)
